Jupiterimages Adds Another Property

Jupitermedia adds California-based PictureArts to their Jupitermedia biz in a $63.2 million deal. PictureArts was founded in 1984, the deal includes the Botanica Collection, the Nonstock brand, Brand X Pictures and FoodPix. Jupiterimages has built their online business via their earlier acquisition of Comstock Images and ArtToday.
